What is the cancellation policy?

  • Standard Portable Toilets:
    • 7+ days before delivery: Full refund (minus 3% processing fee).
    • 2-6 days before delivery: Rental refund only (minus 3% processing fee).
    • 1-day notice: 50% refund (minus 3% processing fee).
    • Same-day cancellations: No refund.
  • Luxury Trailers:
    • 50% deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable).
    • Same-day cancellations: No refund.
