Green Latrine Team

5th generation Washingtonian, Seattle born and raised, Master’s degree from the UW, father of 2 soccer players, started Green Latrine in Seattle in 2015 and was our company’s only employee for the first few years.

In a day and age when big corporations control so much, it’s a really rewarding experience to routinely do what we say and deliver great service.

Will has been an NCAA Division 1 soccer referee since 1997 and continues to travel all over the West Coast, refereeing NCAA Division 1 college soccer.

Shirley holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and has years of experience in customer service and sales. Green Latrine’s Client Service Manager she excels at building strong customer relationships and boosting sales with her strategic thinking and dedication. She has a knack for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Billie has 7 years of operation logistic experience. As the dispatcher for Green Latrine, Billie’s goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, route efficiency, operational excellence, and to create a happy and healthy work environment for our drivers!

Paul’s journey into portable sanitation started unexpectedly but quickly became his passion. With experience managing warehouses and logistics, he now keeps Green Latrine’s operations running smoothly.

A former Army combat veteran, Paul has worked in casino management, aircraft supply, and hospitality. He thrives on solving unique challenges and improving efficiency.

Outside of work, he enjoys paddleboarding and exploring health trends—his latest? Vibration plates for easing back pain.

Shawn has two associate’s degrees (one in Social Sciences) and has years of experience in customer service and sales. As Green Latrine’s Client Service Representative, he excels at building strong customer relationships and boosting sales with his critical thinking, common sense, and appreciation for quality over quantity. He understands customer needs and delivers superb service.

Shawn focuses on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Shawn  ensures that customers are getting the best value out of their experience.

Shawn was the bass guitar player in the Las Vegas Irish Band, Darby O’Gill and the Little People. He played nightly on the Las Vegas Strip.

Emily Fung is a Client Service Representative and Marketing Assistant currently pursuing her Business Administration degree at Bellevue College. She is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and is dedicated to understanding and meeting their needs every step of the way. Emily brings genuine care and enthusiasm to her work, always looking for ways to better support the people she serves.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her family, hitting the trails for a hike, and playing with her dogs.
