What is Required to Use The Luxury Trailers?
Electricity: Two separate 20-ampere channels for the electricity (can only be used for the trailer). One for the heating and cooling, and one for the hot water. We can provide a generator at extra expense. If you will need a generator, please let us know when you make your reservation.
Water: In order for our luxury bathroom trailers to function properly, we require a constant supply of water from an outdoor hose. In the event that you require a water source, please make sure to inquire with our sales staff about the additional cost involved.
Restroom placement: Placement requirements for restrooms include positioning the trailer so that it is on solid, level ground (a paved or gravel surface is ideal) and within easy access to the road so that our truck can deliver and pick up the unit.
Delivery instructions: Whether you prefer to give us verbal instructions or provide us with pictures of the site, our experienced team will work with you to ensure that your luxury restroom is placed precisely where you want it to be. You can either give us the instructions verbally or send us the pictures.

Do You Need The 2 Stall, 3 Stall, or ADA Luxury Restrooms?
Remember, you don’t want your guests to hold it in!
That’s why we recommend following the one toilet per 100 guests ratio. But if you’re looking for a more luxurious and comfortable experience, aim for one toilet per 75 guests. If you want to go above and beyond, treat your guests like royalty with one toilet per 50 guests.

How Much Do Luxury Portable Toilets Cost?
The cost of our toilets and monthly servicing can range anywhere from $1,400 to $1,600, and $2,000 per month. This cost is determined by the type of trailer, the location, and the length of time that you have it.
We also provide ADA compliant toilets as well as standard restrooms in the event that the luxury trailer is priced out of your price range. In addition to our other restroom solutions, we also have available for rental hand-washing units, which can be rented on their own or in combination with any of our other options.
Are There Any Additional Fees?
No, the delivery, pickup fee, and servicing are included in the rental price. Our trained technician will set up the luxury restroom and remove it when required.

What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit is 50% and is non-refundable. This is required at the time of booking. In the case of a cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Can the trailer be towed by the renter’s vehicle?
Safety is our top priority, which is why clients are not permitted to tow or move our trailers. Our expert team will handle everything from transportation to set-up, ensuring the trailer is safe and secure for your event.
Does the trailer come with air conditioning and heating?
The UltraLav luxury restrooms trailer features a roof-mounted air conditioning system with heat strip and wall-mounted thermostat for precise temperature control. It efficiently cools or heats the space to maintain a comfortable temperature with minimal energy usage. The smooth aluminum PolyCor interior walls and ceiling help maintain a consistent temperature inside the unit, perfect for weddings and other special events where guests need to stay comfortable for extended periods.
Is there a generator provided for off-grid camping?
Yes, we can provide a generator and water supply for an extra cost. Please enquire when renting with us and we’ll get this sorted.
Are there any restrictions on where the trailer can be taken, such as off-road or remote locations?
The luxury trailer can go anywhere our truck can take it easily. The main requirement is that it’s placed on a flat service.
Is the trailer wheelchair accessible?
Our 2 stall and 3 stall trailers unfortunately are not wheelchair accessible, but we do offer a single stall trailer that is fully ADA compliant. This single stall trailer is designed specifically to accommodate individuals with physical disabilities, providing ample space for a wheelchair to maneuver and an accessible entrance.
How is waste disposal handled in the trailer?
We handle all of the business. Enjoy your event and we’ll focus on the dirty work. We’ll work around your schedule to have the least amount of disturbance possible.
Can the trailer be rented for long-term use?
Yes, our luxury trailers can be rented for as long as you require them. We can organize discounted pricing the longer you rent them.
Can you provide a generator and water?
Yes, if required we can provide these for an extra cost. Please let us know when inquiring and we’ll give you the pricing.
Do the trailers also include stairs into the restrooms?
All of our luxury restroom trailers come with stairs included for convenient access to the restrooms. Our 2 stall and 3 stall trailers feature traditional stairs that can be easily attached and removed for transportation. On the other hand, our single stall ADA compliant restroom is designed with a hydraulic lift instead of stairs, making it fully accessible for individuals with disabilities.
Do the trailers include lighting on the inside?
LED lights are placed strategically in the trailer to provide ample illumination in all areas, including stalls, vanity, and entryway. These energy-efficient lights are also long-lasting, eliminating the need for frequent bulb replacement or power concerns.
