Let’s Work Together to Avoid Property Damage!
Unfortunately property damage does occur and with some thoughtful planning we can avoid that!
You must consider the following elements of our rental agreement when asking us to place your portable toilet: if we are placing the toilet where you ask us to, we are NOT liable for the property damage that results from us following your directions. If you tell us don’t drive on the driveway and we drive on the driveway then we are responsible. But if we are following your instructions to place the unit where you want it, and we are reasonably following your request, you are responsible for any damage to property. With that in mind the best advice is to put your portable toilet where the garbage truck picks up your garbage cans. If a garbage truck can access a location then so can we.
We have big trucks, heavy trucks, long, wide, tall trucks, trucks with low ground clearance that can gouge and scrape roadway surfaces. The mirrors on our trucks are very wide. The bed of our trucks are very long. When carrying a portable toilet the height of our truck is very tall. We can hit gates and gate posts, fences and fence posts. Lot’s of potential for significant property damage. Visibility for our driver is challenging. Our trucks are difficult to maneuver, tough to back up and difficult to turn around. Our trucks can NOT make sharp turns. Our trucks can NOT go up or down steep slopes. We can NOT take our trucks down tight streets, small driveways or alleys with parked cars and other obstacles. Our trucks have low clearance and can easily damage road surfaces. Our trucks are wide and can easily hit or scrape along things.

Examples of property that can be damaged: trees, branches, plants, rockeries, landscaping, lighting, garden lights, garden decor, garden decorations, outdoor furniture, power lines, power poles, sprinkler heads, flower pots, planters, planting strips, irrigation covers, curbs, pavers, drains, light posts, signs, signposts, light fixtures, dumpsters, garbage cans, garbage enclosures, parked cars, mailboxes, fountains, fences, basketball hoops, holiday displays, garage doors, gates, low hanging roofs, gutters, drain fields, hoses, septic tanks, pink flamingos and garden gnomes….and many many other parts of your property can be severely damaged by our trucks. Do not place portable toilets in places that could result in our truck or the portable toilet causing property damage.
If a garbage truck can’t access the location our trucks should not either!
Please be very thoughtful when deciding where you want us to place your portable toilet.
