As a Washington State licensed Title Clerk and Loan Signing Agent, Nadia brings accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach to every interaction.

A first-generation Cambodian American, Nadia is proud of her heritage and prioritizes building meaningful connections within the community.  Outside of work, she’s a dedicated mother who enjoys live music, spending time with her cat, Kleo, discovering new restaurants, and exploring everything the Pacific Northwest offers.
